15-Day Return Policy

• Returns are accepted within 15 days from the date of purchase.
• Returns are applicable only in the following cases:

1. Manufacturing defect
2. Damaged item at the time of delivery
3. Wrong item supplied

Conditions for Return

• The product must be unused, uninstalled, and in original condition.
• Original packaging, invoice, and labels must be intact.
• Electrical and electronic parts must not be tested, fitted, or tampered with.
• Items showing signs of installation, wiring, scratches, or misuse will not be accepted.

Non-Returnable Items

• Items damaged due to improper installation or handling
• Electrical parts once fitted (controllers, chargers, meters, wiring kits, etc.)
• Customized or special-order items
• Clearance or discounted sale items
• Parts damaged due to voltage fluctuation, water exposure, or short circuit
