Order Processing

  • Orders are processed only after confirmation via WhatsApp, phone, or in person.

  • Once payment terms are fulfilled and the order is confirmed, shipments are usually dispatched on the same day.

  • In rare cases (stock availability, bulk orders, or operational delays), dispatch may occur on the next working day.

Shipping & Delivery Timeline

  • Delivery timelines may vary depending on location, transporter, and logistics conditions.

  • Estimated delivery time is 7 to 10 working days from the date of dispatch.

  • Delivery timelines are approximate and may be affected by factors beyond our control, such as:

    • Transport delays

    • Weather conditions

    • Regional restrictions

    • Courier or transporter issues

Mode of Transportation

  • Goods are shipped through third-party transporters or courier services, as mutually agreed with the customer.

  • Transportation risk passes to the buyer once goods are handed over to the transporter, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Shipping Charges

  • Shipping, courier, or transport charges are borne by the customer, unless explicitly agreed otherwise.

  • Charges may vary based on weight, volume, destination, and transporter rates.

Inspection & Acceptance

  • Customers are strongly advised to inspect goods at the time of delivery.

  • Any visible damage, shortage, or mismatch must be reported immediately to the transporter and to Tesla Gold.

  • Claims raised after delivery acceptance may not be entertained.

Delays & Liability

  • Tesla Gold is not responsible for delays caused by transporters, courier companies, or unforeseen circumstances.

  • We are not liable for loss or damage during transit unless specifically agreed in writing.

Incorrect Delivery Details

  • Tesla Gold is not responsible for delays or losses caused due to incorrect or incomplete delivery information provided by the customer.
